All services are subject to a written agreement, proposal, or invoice outlining project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms.

3. Payments & Billing

One-Time Projects: A deposit (typically 80%-100%) is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery or launch.

Monthly Plans: Billed annually or monthly as agreed. All recurring services must be paid in advance.

Accepted Methods: Payoneer, card payments (via Payoneer request), U.S. bank transfer, Xoom, Western Union, and cryptocurrency.

Late or failed payments may result in delayed delivery or service suspension.

4. Revisions & Approvals

We offer revision rounds as defined in each project agreement. It is the client’s responsibility to review deliverables in a timely manner. Once approved, changes may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, assets, and feedback on time
• Secure rights to all content provided to us (text, images, logos, etc.)
• Respond to inquiries and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• We are not responsible for delays caused by client inaction or lack of communication.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to all original design and development work. However:

We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

Stock assets or fonts may retain third-party licensing restrictions.

7. Website & Hosting Policies

For managed hosting services:

• We maintain backups, security updates, and uptime monitoring
• Clients must not upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting for abuse or policy violations
• Domain names registered by us remain under our management unless transferred.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Cancellations must be submitted in writing. For monthly services, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.

9. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver excellent results, but we are not liable for:

• Losses from service interruptions or website downtime
• Client-provided content errors
• SEO, traffic, or ranking guarantees
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Damages and Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 49 Sites be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use this website or any services provided by 49 Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, reliance on any information or materials found on this website; delays or interruptions in service; issues arising from third-party tools, plugins, or platforms used in the delivery of our services; or any viruses or other harmful components.

49 Sites shall not be held responsible for any business losses, data loss, loss of goodwill, or lost profits that may result from using our services or website. If 49 Sites is found to be liable for any damages, such liability will not exceed the total amount of service fees paid by you to 49 Sites in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

This limitation of liability is a fundamental part of the agreement between you and 49 Sites. It reflects a fair allocation of risk and will survive the termination of any agreement or usage of our services or website. The limitations described herein inure to the benefit of 49 Sites, its affiliates, employees, agents, and contractors.
